The food served from room service was also very good. There was a minor issue with the toilet roll in the bathroom. Despite this, it was a pleasant experience overall.

everything was simply superb. liked every detail about my brilliant 7 nights stay here. the food was local, with a wide range of options. the staff were attentive, it was a bonus. this well-maintained hotel had a central setting very close to everything.

Stylish, air-conditioned rooms with a safe box, a kettle, and an iron. Exceptionally comfortable beds, marvellous and delicious breakfast. Outstanding food and excellent service.

1. Close to Calangute beach. 2. Spacious bathroom. 3. Efficient hotel engineers.
1. Even though I had requested for pick up and drop off from the airport, it was not arranged. 2. The currency exchange rate being offered by the hotel was quite less than available in the local market. 3. The safety deposit box was of cheap quality and we had to call the hotel engineers quite often to get it fixed.

The room was vey spacious with windows on two sides. Ceiling was high and tall window curtains. The a/c was quite good too. Service is very prompt.
The Gym is not well equiped. There should be atleast one more treadmill, eleptical and cycling machine.

Great location, very friendly staff. Had a fantastic room looking over the pool. Very prompt room service. I will definitely reommend Ocean Palms to friends and look forward to visiting them again.

Staff was very proactive and tried to make everything happen. It is very quiet and relaxing around the pool you can enjoy that alot after some parties at the night.

We liked just relaxing around the swimming pool. Staff were nice, they brought us a cake for my partner's birthday. We had a problem with the key but they fixed it quickly.
